|9||Job Description||Area Manager:-
Developing and Implementing
1)Develop and ensure implementation of Sales strategies to deliver annual volume objectives of the region within budgeted costs
2)Propose sales promotion plan/schemes to the Sales Head
Identifying and Monitoring Distributors
1)Manage the distribution network and Interns with periodic monitoring of sales and collections
2) Identify and network with distributors for deeper market penetration and reach
3) Work closely with sales team and assist them to promote the Company’s products
1)Continuously monitor competitor activities, conduct competitor analysis, keep abreast of market trends
2) Analyze market response/requirements and communicate the same to the Marketing team
3)Plan and monitor new product launches in co-ordination with the Marketing Team.
HR Executive :-
Hire, train and appraise sales staff in line with company policy People Management: Hire, train and appraise staff in line with company policy
