  • The Salary would be CTC (4.8 LPA) + Incentives based on Performance on monthly basis (Incentives are lucrative) for Staffing Sales Executive.

Personal Interview


  • Training will be for 3 months and stipend during the training will be 15k for Associate Recruiter profile and 20k for Staffing Sales Executive profile.
    Health Insurance: cover for Self for 1 Lakh.
  • Recurring Incentive: (4% of Net profit margin) (Based on Company Policy.
    Onetime Bonus for Recruiters if they achieve certain margin (Based on Company Policy).
