About Event

The expert lecture on “Basics of VLSI Design” is organized for the students of ECE and EEE on 8^th March 2019. Very-large-scale integration (VLSI) is the process of creating an integrated circuit (IC) by combining thousands of transistors into a single chip. VLSI began in the 1970s when complex semiconductor and communication technologies were being developed.

The electronics industry has achieved a phenomenal growth over the last few decades, mainly due to the rapid advances in large scale integration technologies and system design applications.

Aim of the Event

• To provide in depth knowledge about this fastest growing and developing field.
• To acquaint the students with the future opportunities.
• To acquaint the students with the software tools related to the field.
