Bridging the gap between industry and academic institutions is the need of the hour. Students face a lot of problems in syncing when they start working. So to introduce students with the ongoing industrial trends, an industrial tour was organized on 13th October, 2018 to Wonder Systems India Pvt. Ltd. situated in Industrial area, Mohali, Punjab.
“Wonder systems” have been serving the rolling mill industry for more than two decades. Students were introduced with the simple and effective examples of automation in industries. They were also given exposure with multiple ongoing projects on PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and SCADA (Supervisory control and data acquisition).
