·        Business Development: Extramarks internship program is an opportunity for anyone to learn sales and marketing skills and also earn depending upon their contribution. Successful completion of this internship can also result in a full time job offer with Extramarks. This internship is offered on selective basis for a period of 3 months. Under this program, intern is offered proper training and is assigned a manager, just like a full time employees. After the completion of 3 months, performance is reviewed and accordingly he/she can be offered a full-time job. Recruitments You will receive an official communication from the HR with your designation as Intern with proper targets and pay-outs defined for the course of the internship. Training You will be trained by our training team. Tracking Your CRM accounts will be made and mapped under business leaders so your daily KRA’s can be monitored.  |

| 10 | Package | Your expected average subscription selling price will be briefed to you during training if selected and on per sale basis you will be paid 500 or 5% which will be higher during internship period.
On achievement of 100 active customers in 3 month the Intern qualifies for a full time job offer with a package as follows: Fixed salary 15,000 PM and rest performance dependent, variable component. |
