Management Day by Department of Management
Department of Management is organizing “Management Day” on 5th March which provides platform to students from all management courses of DBGI to exhibit talent by participating in various state of the art competition crafted to showcase their skills, share their thoughts, be part of various activities, take part in various sort of competitions and enjoy at the fullest and at the same time get winning certificates. Various activities have been planned for the students which include Ad-Selfie, App Challenge, Ad- mad, Nukkad Natak and Post Budget Analysis. Student coordinators have been appointed for each activity and they are responsible for end to end smooth conduction of their activity starting from encouraging students to participate in their activity. This will help these co-coordinators to learn necessary management skills- Planning, Organizing and Controlling.
AIM of the Events
- Providing creative platform where students get the best inputs and be ready for a prosperous future ahead
- Providing students with real life marketing challenges and giving them chance to act upon them.
- Practical exposure to the students.
- Making student to put on their thinking cap.
- 5. Bring out the creativity and zeal of participation in the students.
Ad-Selfie: Students have to take a selfie with an imaginary product/service with a catchy tagline.
Ad Mad: Students have to create a video advertisement their imaginary product/service.
App Challenge: Students have to create an imaginary app showcasing its features in a PPT. They have to communicate the USP of their APP and why people should install their app.
Nukkad Natak: A play/skit on any social issue.
Post Budget Analysis: Select any one sector and brief analysis of the budget 2020 allocated to that sector
