  9   Roles & Responsibilities Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.

Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Collaborate with team to achieve better results.

1. It’s a target-based sales job.

2.1st Month- training n evaluation period.

3. After clearing training n evaluation, there will be 6 months probation period.

4.1 sale is the minimum target monthly for full salary, 2nd sales onwards monthly you get incentives.

5.40% of Gross Salary is Fixed and 60% is Variable + Incentives.
