1010PackageDuring the training period of a year, the Graduate trainees will be paid an Annual Compensation of Rs.3.5 Lakhs (Cost to Company). In addition to the compensation, they can also earn sales incentives upto 3 Lakhs per annum. A copy of the salary plan and the benefits applicable to the Trainees is also attached herewith.

 

Basis interview and training assessment, the Trainees will be deployed in either of the below Roles & Responsibilities:

 

1)    Field Sales Managers – Banc assurance: They will be responsible for growing our health business through assigned bank branches and achieve assigned business targets. They will also be responsible for managing relationship with Bank Branch Managers and other Bank staff by garnering leads from bank employees and meeting prospective customers.  Ideal candidate should have a flair for customer service and excellent communication skills.

2)    Agency Manager – Health: The Agency Manager will be responsible for growing our health business through Insurance Agents in their respective locations. They will work closely with our existing retail distribution teams to recruit new Agents and also further sales through current agency relationships.
