8Job ProfileSourcing and delivering high quality candidates across various skill sets in a fast-paced environment; utilizing sourcing methods and techniques, i.e. job boards, internal candidate tracking database, social networks, professional networking, etc. • Review and analyses active client requirements to source and identify candidates for open positions. • Experience with Job boards: CareerBuilder, Dice, Monster, Indeed and LinkedIn etc. • Able to handle the end-to-end recruitment process. • Understanding of various visa status and Tax Terms (C2C, C2H, W2, 1099). Should know how to handle job portals – database search, job posting etc. • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Preferably Job Diva) and resume databases • Sourcing Resumes for the same Internal Database, Personal Contacts Job Portals References etc • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions) • Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants’ abilities • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
