Workshop on Tandoori Cuisine by Department of Hotel Management


Students will get to learn about the practical making of tandoori food items like Paneer Tikka, Kadhai Paneer, Tandoori Chicken, Gulfi Chicken Seekh kebab, Tandoori Roti and Lachha Paratha.
